tanx = $\frac{opposite}{Adjacent}$

From this $△$, we get

sinx = $\frac{5}{13}$

secx = $\frac{13}{12}$

tanx = $\frac{5}{12}$

$\Rightarrow$ sinx + secx + tanx = $\frac{5}{13}$ + $\frac{13}{12}$ + $\frac{5}{12}$

$\Rightarrow$ a = $\frac{294}{156}$

$\Rightarrow$ 156 a = 294
