And we have to find the value of the expression :$2x-xy+3z$

So

$$\begin{gathered} 2x-xy+3z=2\left(-2\right)-\left(-2\right)\left(3\right)+3\left(1\right) \\ =-4-\left(-6\right)+3 \\ =-4+6+3 \\ =-4+9 \\ =5 \end{gathered}$$

Therefore, value of the given expression at $x=-2$ , $y=3$ , $z=1$ is :$2x-xy+3z=5$
