We have, a = 2i - 3j and b =-6i + mj
Since, the vectors are collinear. We have,
a = λ b2i - 3j = λ -6i + mj 2 =-6λ and -3 = λmλ =-13 and m =-3λ =-3-13 = 9
Hence, m = 9
