Here two base angles are equal as it is a isosceles triangle

Let the base angle $= x^{\circ}$

Sum of all angles in a triangle is equal to 180 degrees

$\Rightarrow 100 + x + x = 180$

$\Rightarrow 2 x = 80$

$\Rightarrow x = 40^{\circ}$
