If the voltage drops two times that is , net voltage drop V1 +V2 = V then there will be no voltage left to reach the negative terminal means the voltage is 0 right ?

Yes, you are correct. Only when the voltage is 0, there is no flow of electrons from the negative terminal to the positive terminal and hence there is no flow of electricity from the positive terminal to the negative terminal.
