Assume current in 2 Ω is L and current in Voltmeter is
L0 and resistance of voltmeter is x

Reading of voltmeter =0.2V

0.2V=L×2

L=0.1

L0=0.1010.1

=0.001

The current is being divided in ratio of 2:x between voltmeter and 2
Ω

L0=0.101×22+x

1101=22+x

2+x=202

x=200Ω
