Volume of cone=48$\pi c{m}^3$

and height (h)=9 cm

$\therefore Radius=\sqrt{\frac{Volume\times 3}{\pi h}}=\sqrt{\frac{48\pi \times 3}{\pi \times 9}}=\sqrt{16}=4cm\therefore Diameter=2r=2\times 4=8cm$
