Let the radius of the sphere be r1 and the radius of the hemisphere be r2.
Then,
Volume of sphere, V1=43π(r1)3

Volume of hemisphere, V2=23π(r2)3

Given, volume of sphere is equal to the volume of hemisphere.
43π(r1)3=23π(r2)3
r1r2=132
r1:r2=1:32
