The correct option is A $3 : 1$
We know, Volume of cube $= a^{3}$ , where $a$ is edge length of cube.
Then, given $V_{1} : V_{2} = 27 : 1$
$\Rightarrow a_{1}^{3} : a_{2}^{3} = 27 : 1$
