Number of non collinear points =7
The number of quadrilaterals
=(select 4 points from 7 points)+(select 3 points from 7 points and select 1 points from 5 collinear points)
+(select 2 points from 7 points and select 2 points from 5 collinear points)

The number of quadrilaterals
= 7C4+ 7C3× 5C1+ 7C2× 5C2= 7C4[1+5]+7×6×102=7×6×5×66+210=210+210=420
