The correct option is A 3 : 1
Heat lost by 'x' g of steam at 100oC to water at 100oC=x(540)=540x......(1)
Heat required by 'y' g of ice at 0oC into water at 100oC
=(y×80)+(y×1×100)
=180y.......(2)
Given 1=2
540x=180y
=yx=540180
=yx=3:1
