If there are no trees in Tundra region, how do animals in these region get oxygen?

Luckily there is air everywhere, with or without trees or other vegetation actually present to make oxygen. Air is about 20% oxygen, and we only use about a third of that with each breath we take. A couple of years ago, it was estimated that there were about 3 trillion trees on earth. Assuming that 7.5 trees create enough oxygen for each person to survive per year, then there are sufficient trees on earth to support the oxygen demands of 375 billion people, or

so oxygen is every where in the surface of earth , whether the place is tundra ,sea or desert
