As we know that A.M.≥G.M. of a and c.
It is given that abc=4 ⇒a+c2≥√ac ⇒b≥√ac
Multiply on both sides with √b then we get, ⇒b32≥√abc ⇒b32≥√4=2[putting abc=4] ⇒b≥223=413
Hence, minimum value of b is 413.
