We know that the measure of the angle formed by each side of a regular hexagon at the centre is 60.
Also, the angle subtended by an arc at the centre of a circle is twice the angle subtended at its circumference.
OPQ=30
Since tanθ=m2m11+m1m2
where m2 is the slope of OP and m1 is the slope of PQ,
Equation of circumcircle of the hexagon is
y0x0y2x11+y0x0×y2x1=±tan30

y(x1)x(y2)x(x1)+y(y2)=±13
