If two dices are thrown what is the probability to get the sum of outcomes =6.

If two dices are thrown then its sample space contains 62=36 outcomes.
Now if the sum of the outcomes is to be 6 then sample space should contain the points (1,5),(2,4),(3,3),(4,2),(5,1) and these points are contained in the sample space. That is 5 point are favourable to our events.
So the required probability is 536.
