If two inflated balloons rubbed with silk is brought close to each other what will you observe? If another inflated balloon is brought close to one of the charged balloons what will happen? Now if a glass rod rubbed with silk is brought close to one of the charged balloons what will happen? Give reasons.

When two balloons rubbed with silk are brought near, they will repel each other as both have the same charge.
When another inflated balloon is brought near, it will be attracted towards the charged balloons. This is because when an uncharged body is brought near a charged body, it develops a charge by induction and as such there is attraction between the two.
When a charged glass rod is brought near the charged balloons, they will attract each other as both have opposite charges.
