We know that for ant triangle, sum of two sides must be greater than the third side.

Now, in case of option (4)
3.4 + 1.5 < 5....
that is they do not satisfy the criteria.

Thus, the length of third side cannot be 3.4cm

for other options the criteria satisfies.
