The correct option is B (0,23)
Let (0,0) be A , (3,3) be B and the third vertex be C
Then, angle formed by AB with xaxis is tan1(33)=30
Since it is an equilateral triangle, CAB=60
This means that side CA is perpendicular to the xaxis
So, vertex C lies on the yaxis
Side length of the triangle =32+(3)2=23
So, vertex C is (0,23)
