Use,
$$ \Delta x\Delta p=\displaystyle\frac{h}{4\pi}$$
Since, $$\Delta x=\Delta p$$, therefore $$\Delta p=\displaystyle\frac{h}{2\sqrt{\pi}} = \Delta x, \Delta p = m\Delta v$$,
