Then we sat that (a) $\mathrm{P}$ is a starting point.

(b) $\mathrm{Q}$ lies on the right side of the ray i.e near the arrow head at right side.

(c) No, we can not say that $\mathrm{Q}$ is starting point of this ray ,we can say only when $\underset{\mathrm{QP}}{\to }$ is given.
