$$\begin{gathered} \frac{V_2}{V_1}=\frac{{\lambda }_2}{{\lambda }_1}\times \frac{t_1}{t_2} \\ {v}_2=20\times \left(\frac{1}{2}\right)\times \left(\frac{1}{2}\right)=5m/s \end{gathered}$$
