According to Charles law,
$V_{t} = V_{o} + \frac{t_{c}^{o}}{273} V_{o}$
Given that, $V_{0} = V$ $t_{c}^{0} = {27.3}^{o} C$
So, $V_{27.3}$ = $V + \frac{27.3}{273} V_{0}$
$V_{27.3} = V (1 + 0.1) = 1.11 V$
Hence, the volume of gas is 1.11 V.
