If we are observing X linked dominant trait then a women with X^A X^a will be affected or will be a carrier of the disease?

as it is dominant , so even the single dominant allele can cause the disease ( normal mendelism) so suffer not the the carrier ( it is applicable only for sex linked recessive inheritance) .
