Question

If we can only hear things when it compresses air
and reaches our ear .Then how can a man standing out side a closed room can hear a man's sound which is inside the room

Solution

Like any other object/material, the room, depending on it’s geometry and size has a frequency at which it resonates. However, it wouldn’t resonate on it’s own. The low sound you would hear could be because of an external source of vibration(assuming that the room is empty and you’re the only thing inside it) which happens to make the room resonate. The source could be inside too.
