If we keep 200 ml fresh water in the sun at 42 ? C, what will be the temperature of that water

Dear student, It will depend on the temperature of that particular day of that place where you are putting the water. If the temperature of surrounding more than 42 degree centigrade then water will gain heat from surrounding and it's temperature will be increased . In other case, if surrounding temperature is less than water temperature, water will lose some heat to surrounding and thus it's temperature will be decreased. Regards
