If we put a balloon untied and filled up by water in a bucket filled with water.so why doesn'tthe water from the bucket come in the balloon?but the opposite happens, the water from balloon goes out.

As we put untied balloon in a bucket filled with water.So , water from the balloon goes in to water bucket due to difference in pressure.There is very high pressure inside the balloon and less pressure outside.
