If we want to find the area of a square and only the perimeter and length is given. How do we find it.

Area of square = a×a
As you know perimeter which is = 4a ,where a is side of square.
So you can find a, hence by substituting a in formula to find area of square you can find area,
For example if Perimeter of a square is 8
Then each side of square = 84=2
Hence area = 2×2=4 sq. unit
