Case (A): If x=1 is a point of minima
f(1h)>f(1)<f(1+h),where h0+
1>g(1)<g(1+h),h0+
g(1)<1 and g(1)<g(1+h) (i.e. increasing at x=1)

Case (B): If x=1 is a point of maxima
f(1h)<f(1)>f(1+h),where h0+
