(x2x1)2+(y2y1)2

We have,
(x1,y1)=(2,4) and (x2,y2)=(1,2)

Since,
=(x2x1)2+(y2y1)2
=(12)2+(24)2
=(1)2+(6)2
=1+36
=37

Hence, this is the answer.
