The correct option is A 11
Since, x=1 , z=2
So,
$x^{2} + 3 x z + 2 x^{2} + x z = (x^{2} + 2 x^{2}) + (3 x z + x z)$
$= 3 x^{2} + 4 x z$
Now,
$3 x^{2} + 4 x z = 3 (1)^{2} + 4 \times 1 \times 2$
$= 11$
