(a+b)2=a2+2ab+b2
(ab)2=a22ab+b2,we have

4(x2 + y2 +2xy)10(x2 - 2xy + y2)
= 4x2 +4y2 + 8xy - 10x2 + 20xy10y2
= -6x2 - 6y2 + 28xy
= -6(x2 +y2) + 28xy
= (-6 × 28) + (28 × 6)
