$\Rightarrow \frac{x-6}{x+9}=\frac{4}{x-6}$

$\Rightarrow {(x-6)}^2=4x+36$

$\Rightarrow x^2-12x+36=4x+36$

$\Rightarrow x^2-16x=0$

$\Rightarrow x(x-16)=0$

$\therefore x=0,16$
