$\Rightarrow \frac{y + x}{x} + \frac{y}{y - x}$ ( to evaluate)
$\Rightarrow \frac{y^{2} - x^{2} + x y}{x (y - x)}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{y^{2} - (40 + y)^{2} + (40 + y) y}{(40 + y) (- 40 - y + y)}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{y^{2} - 40^{2} - y^{2} - 2 \times 40 y + y (40) + y^{2}}{(40 + y) (- 40)}$
