Given: f(x)=x26x+12

Minimum value of f(x) is at x=x1, where x1 is that value of x where f(x)=0

Here,

f(x)=2x6

So,
f(x)=0=2x6

Hence, x=x1=3

Therefore maximum value of f(x) is
=f(3)=326(3)+12=2118=3
