or, $- 9 - 5 \leq 3 x \leq 9 - 5$
or, $\frac{- 14}{3} \leq x \leq \frac{4}{3}$
or, $- 4.67 \leq x \leq 1.33$
Since $x$ is an integer so $x = - 4, - 3, - 2, - 1, 0, 1$ .
