Its a very simple ratio and proportion question.

x:y= 2:7
y:z=9:11

since y is different in both ratios we have to make the y equal in both
multiply first ratio with 9 and second ratio with 7 so that y will become 63 in each ratio

x:y = 18:63
y:z=63:77
So , x:y:z = 18:63:77
