The correct option is B $2$
$x = y$ ....(i)
$3 x - y = 4$ .....(ii)
$x + y + z = 6$ ......(iii)
Put $x = y$ in equation $(i i)$
$3 x - x = 4$
$\Rightarrow$ $x = 2$
So, $y = 2$
$\Rightarrow 2 + 2 + z = 6$
$\Rightarrow z = 2$
