$y = 3 [x] + 1 = 4 [x - 1] - 10 = 4 [x] - 14$
$\Rightarrow [x] = 15, y = 3 \cdot 15 + 1 = 46 [x + 2 y] = [15 + 2 \cdot 46] = 107$
