Solution

The correct option is A Nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplast, cytoplasm
The two major nucleic acids are DNA and RNA. Plant cells are eukaryotic cells with a true nucleus along with specialized structures called organelles. Nucleus contains DNA as its genetic material. Mitochondria also has linear and circular DNAs of varying sizes. Similarly, the chloroplast has genome in the form of DNA. The mRNA migrates from the nucleus to ribosomes in the cytoplasm where the proteins are assembled. Hence, when all the organelles from the cytoplasm of a plant cell are fractionated the nucleic acids will be found in the nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplast, and cytoplasm.
