Let the marked price be Rs. $x$
$\therefore$ Selling price = Marked price - $\frac{Discount\%}{100}\times MP$
$\Rightarrow 9250=x-\frac{15}{2\times 100}\times x$
$\Rightarrow 9250=\frac{200x-15x}{200}$
$\Rightarrow 9250=\frac{185x}{200}$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{9250\times 200}{185}$ [by cross - multiplication]
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{1850000}{185}$
$\therefore x=Rs.10000$
Hence, the marked price $=Rs.10000$.
