In Δ ABC, right-angled at B, AB = 24 cm, BC = 7 cm. Determine:
(ii) sin C, cos C

In Δ ABC, B = 90

By Applying Pythagoras theorem, we get
AC2=AB2+BC2=(24)2+(7)2=(576+49)cm2=625cm2
AC = 25
(ii) sin C=ABAC=2425
cos C=BCAC=725
