Election of Prime Minister and council of ministers

• A person with the majority of the members of Lok Sabha is elected as a Prime Minister.​
• The President on the advice of the Prime Minister elects the Council of Ministers.

No-confidence motion:​

• ​The Lok Sabha controls the council of ministers. You being a part of the Lok Sabha can question the council of ministers on their duties.​
• If the majority of the Lok Sabha say that they have no-confidence in the council of ministers, then all the ministers including the Prime Minister have to quit.no confidence​.
