Solution

The correct option is A Epidermis
Microsporangium is a structure which contains microspores or pollen grains.
Immature anther has a mass of meristematic cells covered by a layer of the epidermis. Each anther lobe developed into bilobed and then developed into four pollen sac. Development of pollen sac begins with archesporial cells, after periclinal division primary parietal layer and inner primary sporogenous layer form. The wall is divided into epidermis endothecium, middle layers, and tapetum. Outer three layers provide protection and tapetum provide nourishment to the developing pollen grains. Inner portion gives rise to sporogenous tissue. Thus, the correct answer is option A.
