We know,
i=1+α(n1)

α=0.3,n=2 (since two ions are created, i.e., H+ and X)

Putting these values in the equation,
i=1+03(21)
i=13
Again,
ΔTf=Kf×m×i

Kf=1.85,m=0.2
ΔTf=185×2×13
So,
Tf=00.481=0481oC
