Time taken by Abhishek to cover 300 m = $(\frac{60 \times 60}{24000} \times 300) s e c = 45 s e c$

$∴$ Kashyap covers (300 - 12) m = 288 m in (45 + 45) sec = 90 sec

$∴$ Kashyap's speed = $(\frac{288 \times 60 \times 60}{90 \times 1000}) k m / h r = 11.52 k m / h r$
