$\Delta H_c=H_0{m}_v\Delta \sigma$

$=H_0\times \left(\frac{\frac{\Delta e}{1+e_0}}{\Delta \sigma }\right)\times \Delta \sigma$

$=700\times \left(\frac{0.40-0.30}{1+0.40}\right)$

$=700\times \frac{0.1}{1.4}=50cm$
