Solution: We know that, β=λdD
given that n fringes of red coinciding with (n+1) green fringes.Then,
nβr=(n+1)βg

n×6.5×107dD=(n+1)×5.2×107dD

n×6.5=(n+1)×5.2

6.5n=5.2n+5.2

1.3n=5.2
n=4
