The mechanical advantage is

$M.A=\frac{75}{25}$

Now, the velocity ratio is

Velocity ratio = numbers of pulleys

$V.R=3$

Now, the efficiency is

$\eta =\frac{M.A}{V.R}$

$\eta =\frac{3}{3}$

$\eta =1\times 100$

$\eta =100$
