As pressure of water is more then upper level to the ground level The higher the tank is, in relation to the tap, the higher the pressure will be. Therefore, the higher up you are in the building, the lower the pressure will be, that is why In a building of six floors the pressure of water intaps coming from the over head tanks at the ground floors houses is more than on 5th and 6th floors
