12 of women are married. So, 12 of women are not married.
34 Men are married. 14 men are not married.

Let total workers be x
We know, 13 married women have children.
Married women=12×13×x=x6
Thus child bearers=13×x6=x18
We know, 23 married men have children.
Married men=34×23×x=x2
